In this 60 minute educational video, you will learn more about apple cider vinegar and ways it can be used internally, on the body, and around the home. Many of the ingredients and items discussed can be found at a grocery store, dollar store, or purchased with an EBT card.

There is an oxymel demo so if you would like to prepare the oxymel while watching the video, you'll need the following in advance:

-16 oz. clean glass jar w/ tight fitting lid
-Parchment Paper
-1 oz dried/freshly wilted herb mixture of your choice
-16 oz apple cider vinegar
-8 oz local honey (sub agave nectar if vegan)
-Wooden chopstick
