Liber-Tea

This is a blend I have loved making for years and find myself coming back to again and again. African basil (O. gratissimum) has a warming, clove-like flavor which is balanced by neutral notes of oatstraw and earthy nettle. It makes a wonderful daily tea and can be especially supportive when recovering from seasonal illnesses like cold and flu.

The basil leaves were lovingly grown by seed in my home garden using organic, no-till methods.

Each bag makes approximately 12 servings (tablespoons).
